OUR STORY

Why we love what we do

Core Values

Mutual Respect

We think that a little bit of respect goes a long way. It seems like respect is starting to become a thing of the past, so it’s a good thing that we are old-school in still believe that it is important. We believe that in every interaction and every step of the process you deserve our full respect.

Quality

We hold ourselves to a high standard of quality. We don’t ever want to get to place where we start to sacrifice qaulity just to get more quantity. We keep our crews small in order to remind ourselves to take time to focus on the little things so we can get every detail just right.

Family Atmosphere

We are a second-generation, family owned and operated company, and we want to stay that way. And we always want to treat our clients like family too, so we’ll treat your project with the same care and attention to detail as if it was for family, because now you are a part of the KIE family.

Our History

Growing up I worked a lot with my dad in his business of building homes. I gained some valuable experience working with him as we would often build really extravagant homes and the clients were often very picky. Through this I learned about the value of the little things and how important it is to pay attention to details. I’m really grateful for this time in my life as it prepared me to be able to excel going forward.

In 2015 my dad asked me to take over the family business as he wanted to start transitioning into retirement. Of course I accepted the offer and was excited to have the opportunity to run my own business. I slowly transitioned out of the home building and focused more on the exterior remodel as I found that was the area I was best at and enjoyed the most. Since then we’ve been able to focus on and excel at roofing, siding and windows, and garage and pole shed construction as our primary business model. I also had the opportunity to add commercial roof coatings as a way to expand my business and thought it was a great opportunity to diversify, and so we became KIE Enterprises.

So there you have it; KIE has and always will be a small, family owned business. We purposefully keep our crew small because we value our customers and we want to take the time to treat each project as if it was our own. We prize quality over quantity and strive for perfection with each and every customer. Thanks so much for taking the time to consider KIE Enterprises for your next project; I look forward to being able to work with you.
